Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Your sign-in identifiers from Privy (account id, email if you use it), your linked X account (id, username, name, avatar) after you consent, your deposit addresses, balances, tips, deposits, withdrawals, security events, and messages you send to support.
2. Why
To run your account, process tips and withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, keep a security log, and answer support requests.
3. Who processes it
Privy (sign-in), Circle (wallet custody), X (bot replies and account linking), and our hosting provider. On-chain transactions are public on the Arc blockchain.
4. X data
We link your X account only after you tick the consent box. If X content is deleted or you ask us, we remove stored X content within 24 hours, as X's developer policy requires.
5. Retention
We keep financial records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and other data while your account is open.
6. Your choices
You can unlink X, change sign-in methods, export your history (CSV), and request deletion of your account once its balance is zero. Contact us through the support page.
7. Security
2FA secrets are encrypted, recovery codes are stored only as hashes, and sensitive actions require 2FA.
